Any runner will tell you that having a strong core is essential to keeping good form and running efficiently.
For Christmas, I decided that I would ante up my ab work outs at home by adding in the ab roller wheel (find it on amazon here: ab roller).
So I may have been sore the first couple of times I used it. But I love it! It’s light-weight and small enough I can toss it in my exercise basket I’ve filled with other equipment. To use it correctly, you must keep your core engaged which means you’re getting a great core, arm/shoulders and back workout, too.
